How do I place an order?
Just add your chosen items of children's jewellery or girls hair accessories to your shopping basket, and check out securely using our payment options.
We are also happy to accept cheque and postal order payments and will dispatch your order of children's jewellery once your cheque is cleared. Please contact us.
What about postage and delivery?
All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class. Items are posted Monday to Friday, any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs (unless we are on holiday when dispatch times will be clearly stated on our home page.)
Special orders may take longer to prepare and process, we will discuss this with you at the time of ordering.
Our postage and packing charges are as follows: £2.50 UK postage & packing on all items
How do I know which size to buy?
All our children's jewellery is measured from end to end including clasp. With bracelets for children you need it to be big enough to easily clasp but not too big in case it falls off. For best results we recommend measuring before ordering.
How do I measure for the perfect fit?
Measure the wrist just below the wrist bone with a flexible tape measure (if you don't have a tape measure use string and then place your result against a ruler). This gives us the actual wrist size. You will need to order the next size up from the actual wrist size. So for example the wrist measures 11cm then choose the BABY size of 11.5cm.............. or state the actual wrist size on your order and we will size it for you.
If the bracelet is a gift or if measuring is not an option, please refer to the size chart to determine size.

What clasps do you use?
All our girls necklaces come with silver plated claw clasps. All our bracelets and boys necklaces come with silver plated screw barrel clasps. If you would like an alternative clasp please contact us.
How safe is the jewellery?
We have chosen to make all our jewellery with acrylic and wooden beads. For obvious reasons children and glass beads don't mix!
Other companies often use Swarovski crystals for children, Please note Swarovski crystals are glass they also contain high levels of Lead!
All our clasps and metal parts meet the European Nickle Directives (EN 1810, EN 1811, EN 12472).
All our products are strung on 49 strands of stainless steel and nylon Soft Flex. Able to withstand 40lbs of pressure. (With the exception of leather thongs and elastic strung jewellery as stated)
All our products are triple crimped for extra safety. With the exception of leather thongs and elastic strung jewellery which is triple knotted and all knots super glued.
Not suitable for children under the age of 3.
We have tried to make our jewellery as safe as possible, however, our jewellery is made with small parts and can cause a choking hazard to children under 3.
Our jewellery is not a toy.
How do I care for the jewellery?
What about returns?
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days and receive a full refund. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged (scratches, marks, abrasions) and in the original packaging.
We regret we cannot accept returns of items made to order unless faulty.
You are responsible for proof of posting and paying postage charges to return the goods.
If you find any item is damaged or faulty, You may return it within 30 days and we will also refund your postage.
